1 lb bluefish fillets
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Broil bluefish fillets, topping lightly with mayonnaise. Remove and let fish cool enough to handle. Discard the mayonnaise and any of the dark brown areas of meat.
Shred meat. Mix fish with above ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until it bubbles slightly.
Save by using Lemons and Serve with La Choy Chow Mein Noodles.
