3/4 lb ground chuck
1/2 egg
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp and 2 tsp ketchup
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the chuck, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
Save by using Sweet Vidalia Onions and Serve with Hanover Brown Sugar & Bacon Baked Beans.
