2 lbs ground turkey breast
2 cans chow mein vegetables, drained
16 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz jar sweet & sour sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 lb linguini
Cook linguini as directed, drain & keep warm. Spray a large heavy skillet with cooking spray.
Add ground turkey, cook, breaking it up as you cook. Cook until browned, drain. Add veggies.
In medium bowl, blend tomato sauce, sweet & sour sauce and whisk in brown sugar, mix well.
Add meat mix, simmer until bubbly (about 20 minutes). Serve over warm linguini.
Save by using Kraft Salad Dressing and Serve with Green Giant Vegetables.
