3 lbs pork loin
1 onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Bake pork loin at 300°F for 3 hours.
Mix onion, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and ground red pepper together to create sauce.
After meat has cooled, tear apart. Put in electric skillet, pour sauce over, then simmer on low for 1 hour.
