Fruit is always in season. During the summer, your children can enjoy a fruit salad of melons and berries. The end of summer doesn’t mean the end of fruit salad. It's something the entire family will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Favorite Frozen Berries
  • Low Calorie Cool Whip
  • Apples
  • Crushed Nuts
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Buy your favorite frozen berries and top with low calorie Cool Whip.
  2. Better yet, be creative. Apples are in season throughout the fall. Cut up a few different types of apples and top with a serving of crushed nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a small sprinkle of brown sugar.
  3. Heat it up in the microwave for 20-45 seconds and enjoy a tasty snack.
