1 pint grape tomatoes
3 medium red onions, quartered
2 bell peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
1/2 lb white boiling onions, peeled
1 lb boneless & skinless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch cubes
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Italian dressing or teriyaki sauce
Wash, peel & cut vegetables in 1-inch chunks.
In a zip bag, marinate chicken, garlic and vegetables in the refrigerator for 60 minutes in Italian dressing or teriyaki sauce. Turn several times & discard marinade.
Brush or spray skewers with oil or non-stick spray. Preheat grill and once it is hot, brush the grates with oil.
Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers. Grill for 4-7 minutes, brushing often with marinade.

1 1/4 lb fresh ground turkey
1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons BBQ sauce
Mix all ingredients except for BBQ sauce together.
Form into patties and cook on grill.
Brush each patty with BBQ sauce while cooking.
Top with your favorite toppings & enjoy!

1 pkg Fresh Express® Green & Crisp™ Salad
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium cucumber, peeled & sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas
your favorite sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
Place salad greens and vegetables into a large salad bowl.
Drizzle with desired amount of dressing & toss.
Serve onto individual salad dishes.
Sprinkle almonds on top.

2 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
8 slices thick bread
1/2 lb deli-sliced ham
1/2 lb reduced-fat Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons butter
In a shallow dish, beat eggs or Egg Beaters with1/4 cup water.
In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and relish. Spread over 4 slices of bread. Top with ham and cheese, then with remaining bread.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Dip 2 sandwiches in egg mix, turning once.
Cook, turning once, until cheese has melted and sandwich is golden (about 2-3 minutes per side). Repeat with remaining butter, egg mix and sandwiches.
Serve with Serve with Ore-Ida Potatoes or Onion Rings and Eat Smart Slaw.
